CIE is Hiring for a Research Assistant

Responsibilities：

• Assist researchers in analyzing the market application scenarios and commercialization feasibility of scientific and technological achievements;

• Collaborate on technology transfer strategies and support the preparation of business plans and funding proposals;
• Monitor trends in big health industry, collect market data, and support project screening and evaluation;
• Coordinate university-industry collaborations and assist entrepreneurial teams in connecting with investors, industry experts, and clinical resources;

• Support the organisation and execution of entrepreneurship bootcamps, business courses, open topic research project , and pitch events.

Qualifications：

• Holder of Bachelor’s degree or above,  preferably with a background in biomedical sciences, medical engineering, pharmaceutical management, health technology, business, or related fields;
• Holders of a valid Macao ID will be given preference;
• Strong interest in the big health industry (e.g., traditional Chinese medicine, precision medicine, AI healthcare), with basic market analysis skills;
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across disciplines between researchers and business teams;
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to learn about technology transfer, investment and financing,  project management, and intellectual property management;
• Candidates with three or more years of relevant work experience will be given priority;

• Fluency in both Chinese and English, with adaptability to a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Remuneration：

A taxable monthly remuneration in the range of MOP 12,000 to 20,000 will be commensurate with the applicant’s academic qualifications and relevant professional experience.
