Two incubation projects from the Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship of the University of Macau (UM) won silver prizes in the 13th ‘Challenge Cup’ national inter-varsity competition for entrepreneurial projects. The two projects are a new wireless charging technology and its applications and the BioPeTech malted cat litter. This year’s competition received more than 330,000 entries from 3,011 higher education institutions nationwide, and representatives of the two entrepreneurial teams from UM travelled to Beijing for the final round of the competition.
