A delegation from the Zhongshan City Productive Service Industry Association visited the Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE) of the University of Macau (UM) on January 20 and was warmly received Prof. Elaine Lai Han LEUNG Head of UM CIE. Both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on topics including industry-academia-research collaboration and the development of the Big Health Industry.
Prof. Elaine Lai Han LEUNG stated that the CIE is committed to assisting UM members in translating research achievements into practical applications, actively building bridges for industry-academia-research collaboration, and promoting the realization and development of innovative projects. She noted that the CIE and the Zhongshan City Productive Service Industry Association have broad prospects for cooperation in areas such as industry-academia-research collaboration and the Big Health Industry, and expressed her hope for further deepening exchanges and collaboration between the two sides in the future.
The delegation also toured the National Co-working Space and the Traditional Chinese Medicine Aromatherapy Experience Hall, gaining a detailed understanding of the CIE’s development plans and incubation achievements.
