Open Day 2026 to be held this Sunday

In celebration of the UM 45th Anniversary, the UM Open Day will launch this Sunday, 11 January, with a grand opening, featuring a wide range of exciting activities for everyone to enjoy.

The Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship will also set up a booth at the Library Plaza under the theme “Innovation Changes Lives, Entrepreneurship Empowers You and Me.” We have prepared a variety of engaging activities, allowing you to experience the charm of innovation and entrepreneurship in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, including:

• Project Showcase: See how innovative ideas evolve from concepts into real-world applications;

• Startup  Sharing Sessions: Representatives from startup companies will share their entrepreneurial experiences and latest insights;

• Interactive Games & DIY Activities: Fun games and a hands-on sachet-making experience;

• Souvenir Giveaway: Participants can receive exquisite gifts on site, including startup companies products, festive Lunar New Year decorations, snacks, and more—while supplies last!
