A delegation group from Macau European Chamber of Commerce
visited the Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship
A delegation group from Macau European Chamber of Commerce (MECC) have visited the Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE) on 24th February. Twenty-one members of MECC, who were leaded by MECC Ambassador, Prof. Kevin Thompson, joined a sharing session of CIE during the visit. In the sharing session, the Head of CIE, Prof. Jerome Yen, introduced the Centre to the MECC members in the sharing session. After that, the representative of incubation project, UTran-I Technology Ltd, delivered presentation about an innovative product that can translate Chinese, English and Portuguese smartly. The audiences were all attracted by the product.
After the sharing session, members of MECC had a visit tour to understand about the operation of CIE’s incubation office, facilities and environment. The members of Barra Studio exchanged their business ideas and discussed about AR technology with the MECC members during the tour. At the end of the visit tour, members from CIE introduced about the development of CIE’s incubation projects in FinTech. The members of MECC were impressed with the development of incubation teams of CIE, and they will support the Macau students to innovate and to startup their own business.
