Main responsibilities:
• Assist researchers in analyzing the market application scenarios and commercial feasibility of scientific and technological achievements;
• Participate in the formulation of technology transformation strategies, assist in writing business plans and financing plans;
Track the trends in the big health industry, collect market data, and support project screening and evaluation;
• Coordinate school-enterprise cooperation and assist entrepreneurial teams in connecting with investors, industry experts and clinical resources;
• Participate in the organization and execution of entrepreneurship training camps, commercialization courses, open projects and roadshow activities.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above, with a background in biomedicine, medical engineering, pharmaceutical management, health technology, business or related fields;
Those holding valid Macao identity cards will be given priority consideration.
Have an interest in the big health industry (such as traditional Chinese medicine, precision medicine, AI medical care, etc.) and possess basic market analysis capabilities;
• Good communication skills, capable of coordinating researchers and business teams across disciplines;
• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and be willing to learn about technology transformation, investment and financing, project management, and intellectual property management knowledge;
• Those with 3 years or more of relevant working experience will be given priority.
Fluent in both Chinese and English, able to adapt to the fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Salary and benefits: MOP 12,000 to 20,000, with the exact amount depending on educational background and experience.
